The controller of your personal data is REVIZE STUDIO sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lubań, at ul. Młynarska 6, 59-800 Lubań, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under KRS number: 0001208852, NIP (tax ID): 6131598053, whose registration files are kept by the District Court in Wrocław (hereinafter the “Controller”).

We look after the security of your data and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the data that you provide to us voluntarily when contacting us through the forms on the website or directly by email. This may include:

• Notion Labs, Inc. – provider of software for project and customer database management (CRM).

Where data is transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA), this takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other GDPR-compliant mechanisms that ensure an adequate level of protection.
